The only fix I've found for this bug seems to be copy-pasting the workshop files into the DarkestDungeon file itself and then disabling the mod. Through trial and error, I've narrowed down the culprit to something about adding/modifying the. New batch file will now copy all originally named mods to the Darkest Dungeon mods folder, with the renaming batch file being reworked to now rename mods at that location.
